    Chef Ken puts a lot of care and attention to detail in his dishes even when running the restaurant with only his wife and himself.

    One of the better places in DFW to get sea urchin (uni) cream udon with lots of rich uni flavor in the sauce, in addition to the slightly torched uni topping!

    WOW! IT WAS SURPRISINGLY DELICIOUS! I wasn’t expecting much with only 11 reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered The sushi Specialty Roll “Shaggy Dog” with shrimp tempura, crab with spicy mayo and eel sauce. They even have FRESH WASABI! I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK & PUTTING IN MY FAVORITES. I would have liked a larger roll, but for $12 it was quite reasonable.

    This is my second time coming to Chaya and I’ve been blown away every time. I’ve chosen the omakase (chefs choice) option and it is honestly the best I’ve had in the metroplex. The attention to detail and quality the sushi chef creates is incredible. There is no better sushi place then here. If you haven’t been here yet, and love sushi, what are you waiting for???

    Wow!! The food here is incredible! The quality, the presentation, the attention to detail, and the taste, amazing!. The chef is so kind, which only added to the experience. This is now my designated spot if I'm craving ACTUAL sushi. It's that good!
