(March 3, 2020, 12:48 am)As someone that's had Ramen all over Japan, I'd says this is a solid 3.5. The ramen broth was oddly tangy... Not something I'm used to with ramen. The amount of noodles was pretty small.
The eggs in the ramen, were okay, still slightly soft in the middle, but with no noticeable flavor. Perhaps the tangy ramen broth overpowered it.
Went ahead and grabbed an order of the lobster fried rice, which overall was pretty good, but unnecessarily swimming in oil.
The ladles provided are pathetically cheap, I'd be surprised if these things cost more than $0.02 apiece. They could really do better here, as it really just cheapens the whole experience.. -

(February 19, 2020, 10:23 pm)Tried this for a late lunch. Got the hibachi NY strip fried rice. Freshly made right in front of me and was both plentiful and tasty. The steak was tender and vegetables were don't just right. The seasoning was perfect. I'll be back!
