Red Stix Asian Street Food

My favorite place at Legacy Hall.

I love the carb-free option and the food is very tasty.

I usually go to legacy hall once a month, and order from this place, at least for the past 3 months. I've decided to stop going there because:
1.The prices are way overprice..
2.I began to notice that no matter how many times I asked them nicely to cook the meat a little longer, it always comes out bloody, red, and cold because it's not fully cooked! The food is usually good when the meat is cooked, but even whey I asked them to re-cook it, it still comes out undercooked.
3. The people who work there make it VERY known that they want a tip.

Shortly after the Food Hall opened in Legacy West I went to try out the Euro style casual dining. A fan of Satay, the yakitori offerings of Red Stix drew my attention and that was my first selection at the new hall.

The sirloin skewers are superb! I get them medium rare. Two or three make a hearty meal. The first time I chose only peanut sauce but I've learned to use both peanut and Thai sauces to create something closer to the spicier Malay peanut sauce flavor. I like the craft sodas available at several locations in the hall and pick up a cup at Red Stix.

My grandkids have also found these beef sticks delicious but they just use the meat drippings as their "sauce".

I keep intending to try some of the other options at Red Stix (they have noodles dishes that look tempting) and also to try other stalls in the Hall but somehow keep falling back on the vary tasty beef "stix"!

This place was so good. The tenderloin rice bowl was so flavorful it actually surprised me . I did not expect it to be so layered with flavor. I'll be coming back very soon
