    I go to steak & shake often and usually no complaints.. the waitress we had is super quiet and I can’t hear her over the music, was unsure if she heard what we said. And another note and I find weird the ketchup tasted really weird like It was old.

    Good, cheap food. Breakfast food is good too!! But service can be a bit slow. Make sure you use the Steak n' Shake seasoning on your fries and your burger!

    Kerrie was amazing, great service !!! She was so kind and made sure my order was perfect. Small details can make a HUGE difference.. keep it up Kerrie!!! I will never forget what you said " I'm a mom and grandma I can fix anything " ...

    Was pretty good. Service was very good. Waitress was kind and was juggling the whole lobby. She didn't rush us and was always smiling.

    Tried this location because the ones near me are closing. But honestly I liked it more. Our server Javier was great and attentive. Food came out quick and hot. Tasted fresh and was correct. Definitely will need to go back.
