The Capital Grille

Amazing Dining experience we had an excellent server named Ashley. She was attentive without being intrusive. She made excellent recommendations and the food was worth every penny. Best tasting chicken with the perfect risotto. I normally would indulge in a steak at such a high end place but I opted for something lighter since we had a late dinner and I was NOT disappointed.

This is an old school gentleman's club style dining experience. Everything about it is chic and premium.

The food is excellent and simply cannot be faulted.

My salmon was perfectly cooked and was one of the best I've ever had.

Their dessert was incredible but the portion is big enough for two or three people.

My husband and I shared our first visit to Capital Grille recently, and I am so glad we decided to visit. The restaurant is wonderfully appointed without feeling overly stuffy while still maintaining a classic elegance. The service was spot on, and we were able to chat briefly with a manager. He shared how grateful he was to have his position and staff, and he seemed sincere in saying such. We appreciated him stopping by! Loved the food, outstanding wine, and dessert.

I would like to express a special thank you to Martin, a server's assistant, who made us feel like we were the only table there on a busy Friday night. I don't know how he did it, but it's obvious he truly cared about the customers and wanted them to have the best possible dining experience possible. Thanks to him, ours was. When we return, I'll be happy to wait as long as needed to be sure I am seated in his service section. Thanks Capital Grille (and Martin!) for providing us the exact evening we wanted!

To say this place is amazing is really an understatement. We went on an early Friday afternoon, when service hadn't yet ramped up for dinner but died down from lunch. Service during this time can be underwhelming. But the Capital Grille kept it on point and treated us with perfection.
Kristin was our waitress and she absolutely connected in conversation and with awesome service! She had some of the best recommendations, each with a reason why. I'd definitely recommend her if you're able!
The attached pictures should speak for themselves, but each has a caption on our thoughts. Overall the meal was excellent and the atmosphere / ambiance made for a stellar time. If you can sneak away at a down time and get the place pretty much to yourself, I'd highly recommend it. But it's completely worth the wait as well!
