The Fillmore Pub

Dark, cozy place perfectly designed for drinking. It has a huge drink menu with reasonable prices. Located right in old downtown Plano, you can't miss the Fillmore pub.
It does get busy at night, so finding a table can be hard. There is plenty of car space though if you don't want a table. It has a neat atmosphere inside that feels like an old school British pub.

Went with a friend to this watering hole in Plano to have a few beers. The bar staff was friendly and attentive And the beer was cold. I really liked the atmosphere. I didn't eat, but I did take a look at the menu and it looks good -- will eat there in the future. There were a lot of folks there in the restaurant part eating, so it must be good. I'll update with another review once I sample their food. But as far as a bar, I dug it.

Good beer. Good whiskey. Amazing burgers. Amazing service. I recommend the Guinness Cheddar burger.

The parking is awful, so be prepared to park a couple of blocks away and walk to the pub. It's a nice walk, so it's not too bad.
