The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Plano

I really enjoyed my experience. From the bartender to the table order, everyone was courteous and prompt about making sure we had a great time. The dimly lit spaces makes for a great place to be mature and at the same time converse and laugh. Take your grown up group

The service was outstanding. Cody was our waiter and he was very attentive. There was not a large crowd as we came in earlier than most. The food is amazing and we have always been greeted with a smile.

Went to The Keg to celebrate our anniversary with family. Received outstanding service and a delicious meal. As a surprise bonus a glass of champagne for each person at our table with a thoughtful card was delivered. Highly recommend The Keg.

Highly recommended!!! Every time we go there we have so much fun. last Sunday my husband and i want there again and the music was great, the food always good and the service amazing! A+++

Our visit was on 6-12-19 around 6pm or 7pm. Our food was 5 star but our waitress was 2 star. She forgot things and there were lengthy delays in her getting certain things, and in coming back to our table. Here was one of several issues with her. From the time we requested the free house bread, she didn't come back to our table until about 15 minutes later, and we didn't see her anywhere on the floor. Then when she finally showed up, we politely reminded her about the house bread. She said "oh that's right, I'll be right back". About 10 minutes later she showed back up and said "we're out of bread, but we will have some in about 5 minutes". So 25 minutes had already gone by. Then about 10-15 minutes later she shows up with the bread. It was about 35-40 minutes from our original request for the house bread, before she showed up with it, no joke. Now during that 35-40 minute wait for the bread, we literally saw other people get their bread within 10 minutes of being seated at their tables. Why did we have to wait 35-40 minutes, and what was she doing during all that time? We never even saw her out on the floor working other tables. Was she in the back somewhere making personal calls, texting, or doing social media stuff? It was extremely frustrating watching other customers get faster and better service.
