I have been searching for a place like this for 4 years. I was really excited to learn they were coming to Plano. As a Chinese-American, finding authentic foods from China and Taiwan to the US has been my goal. Coming from California, there's no shortage of quality and good prices. This place is amazing. Hand-drawn noodles is an amazing craft and being able to watch them make it in front of you is just amazing. Hot and sour soup is divine. The noodle soup is what I was missing in my life.

Best hand pulled noodles ever. The chef and staffs are very friendly he's pretty famous since he was in New York.
Fun to watch him in action (pulling noodles). Foods tastes amazingly authentic and tasty.
Everyone in my family liked their dumplings and noodle soups
I definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back to try the rest of the dishes on the wide selections menu.

The lamb dumplings and beef noodles are delicious! They are soft opening so there are a lot of items are not available. I will come back for noodles. Hopefully they have thin hand-pulled noodles next time. Can’t wait to try it!

We visited here during the restaurant's soft opening. There were still a lot of the menu unavailable. I agreed with a lot of the reviewers on that the service was slihht spotty. The hand pulled noodles were delicious. My wife enjoyed the baked crispy noodle fish. We look forward to visiting here again after the grand opening.
