Food review: Even if you aren't interested in fitness, you may want to consider their meal plans. They offer delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks including gluten free and vegetarian options. Most items are available in different calorie portions. Meals can be ordered online and curbside pickup is available. Pricing is reasonable and I can often get two meals from one. I previously got my gluten free meals from the meal prep stores. Utopia's meals taste far better!
Had great results here. Used both Park/Tollway and Preston/Forest studios. Love the people, food and machines. No gimmicks here! Get coaching on demand, a custom program to meet your goals, tasty meals... its the best approach (time under tension) I’ve seen to getting leaner and stronger. Under-rated value too.
Utopia has been one of the most challenging and rewarding physical journeys of my life. I've worked out with few of the personal trainers like Mary, Fey and Stephanie and they're all Amazing, super Professionals, they're always so positive and encouraging. You just have to be willing , train hard, and stay focused and you'll achieve your goals. The food is also tasty ( especially the snacks). Happy with the progress I've made so far and look forward to even more changes in the next few months. I cannot recommend utopia and the trainers enough. Thanks for keeping the workouts variable and tough!
This place get 5 stars from me ! The staff is genuinely friendly, personable and caring. I've been coming for a few months and have tried other workout/diet programs and this is the real deal. I have lost body-fat, gain muscle, strength and stamina. Thanks to Mary, Ben, Fran and Stephanie for keeping me motivated - you all Rock!
The truth is it only takes 20 minutes to workout and it is only twice a week! Today was my last weigh in. I lost 20 pounds and 18 inches but what's more important is that I have developed better habits and I feel superglactic!!!!
I have been busy and just have gotten around to posting before and after pictures. I have developed better habits since signing up for the 6 week program, and continue to use the tools they provided to maintain my weight. I had the best time hiking in Oklahoma this Memorial Day weekend and Utopia made that possible.
Where's Jeanie ? I was looking forward to seeing her :( The new location is great but I'm missing the old gang. They were very professional and supportive and connected on a personal level. I hope they moved I. To bigger and better things. They will be missed.
