If you’ve never had Roujiamo (a Chinese sandwich which is sometimes compared to a burger), you need to come get one here now. Best I’ve found outside of China. 特别正宗的自然肉夹馍.
Liang Pi and rice noddle are the best in Dallas!!! Rated by a native Xi’anese.
Never had xian food but as a person who went in blind I would say the food was pretty good.
This Liang Pi is better than their neighbor Fatni BBQ. Customer service is also better here. I compare these two places bc they both have cumin seasoning as their main seasoning. Their lamb burger is okay. It's a pita bread which can hold the lamb and its goods. Cumin is overpowering, so I couldn't really taste the lamb. All in all, I say try this place out.
Their (what I'm calling) "meat bun" (pork and veggies stuffed in a Chinese biscuit - type bread ~8 x 4 x 1/2 in. oval shape) was DEE-LISH! Even the scent of it was divine! Wife and daughter (American-born) loved the (what I'm calling) "veggie bun" (veggie spring roll-type stuffing inside a Chinese biscuit - type bread ~5 x 1/2 in. circle shape). Also tried their cafeteria-style entrees. w/ stewed chicken on bones w/ mushroom, stewed beef w/ soy sauce eggs and mapo tofu, and they were "yummy" also.
