I would give them a couple of months to work out pick up/web orders. So for now, dining in is your best option, just be prepared to wait in a slow line. Food is good. Jacob was GREAT! Owners appear lost or overwhelmed. They should round into shape in time.
With time service has improved greatly and is on par for franice standards!
This is Smashburger is newer, well kept and well staffed. We've eaten here a number of times and we have always enjoyed ourselves when we go. They have a nice outdoor seating area that overlooks the fountain and Preston Road.
I was pretty stoked when this opened up in my hometown as the last on by my workplaced closed a little over a year ago. The food was really really good but a little on the pricey side for a burger place when you pick different sides. The staff was attentive and patient. All in all I would come here again when a fancy burger is on the list for dinner.
This is a great new Smashburger location in Prosper, Tx right off the tollway and 380. It's a popular location so be ready to wait in line! Or, pro tip, order ahead online. Although there is a big line the kitchen is fast and had our to go order ready and under 10 minutes.
Everything was cooked perfectly ???? and the burgers were beautifully done! I had a custom burger with guacamole, ???? bacon, extra cheddar cheese ????. My significant other had a specialty Burger off the menu that was also perfectly done. There are so many options here I can't remember which one she tried this time. But I remember it being gone pretty quick so that means it was too her liking.
The sweet potato fries are really good, don't pass those up and give them a try if you haven't before. They have a little spice to them, I like it. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill sweet potato fries there's something special to these.
This is a smaller location, not a large amount of seating, so I would be careful about planning to eat inside during the busiest hours.
Looked like just another burger joint but we were pleasantly surprised. The burgers were tasty and even the turkey burger was juicy. Great for the whole family! As we were ordering, she kept talking 5.75 off our order. Turns out, kids eat free Tuesday!!! We had no idea, absolute awesomeness. Tasty food and 3 free kids meals. Plus a great patio! Love this place!
