    Best Mexican food in Prosper! Very large portions. Excellent service from Miguel! Would highly recommend.

    Always a good lunch stop. Food is great and the service is outstanding. The consistency of food from one location to another is unrivaled

    Always love coming here and specifically to the Prosper location. We always seem to end up here on an off peak time, which is great for us. The Ernesto's Platter is our go to shared meal and we LOVE the swirl margaritas! Service is always great and they have some of the best chips and hot sauce.

    The food was fantastic and the service was great. Our waiter was attentive but did not smother. We were just passing through but if we were local, this would be a staple for our family.

    The food at Ernesto's was amazing! Price was not bad for the amount of food received and well worth the quality. The staff was courteous and efficient. We didn't have to wait long for our order and despite what I assume, there was something for everyone on the menu. I definitely will be returning here.
