Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time. Great experience. Got to sample custard. It is better ice cream. Manager was super helpful friendly and even clean up our trash for us!

Manager has been friendly and sincere since we entered the clean, family friendly establishment. It's my first visit and I highly doubt it will be the last! It has real custard! Which my husband and I are great fans of and I love visiting a place where the employees are actually happy at their job! It makes all the difference! The burgers also are so good it is night and day difference to other major chain establishments for the same cost.

Great food, clean facility, and quality employees. Although the prices might deter some from coming here, it should be noted that this place is more of a treat than a reoccurring place to eat. A bit more expensive than a comparable fast food restaurant, but the quality VERY EASILY closes that gap in the cost. I will say that it has a boring atmosphere though.

When ever I travel I seek out a Freddy's! Unfortunately the closest one to me in Texas is more than 50 miles away! That didn't stop me from making the drive to Wylie. As far as I know this is the only one in North Texas. I love the double combo. The shoestring fries are the best! Treat yourself.. The drive is worth it! I know Freddy's is known for there frozen custard, but the steak burgers are what keeps me going back! I hope they open more in the DFW area!

Mark is a great employee! GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE PLEASE! He very friendly and kind(: Easy to order with and seems like a dedicated employee. I will definitely be coming back because of him!

Today is February the 10th 2019 and Jason was working the register. I was greeted very well. He did an amazing job at taking my groups order and made some jokes with us. I highly enjoyed his service.
