    Been looking for a BBQ place like this in Collin County for a while. The rub on the brisket is a perfect mix of salt and pepper. Not to lean but also not to fatty. I tried the ribs and when I went to pick it up, the bone slipped right out smoother than butter. Linke's is some of the best BBQ you will ever have!

    Best BBQ in Collin county! Brisket is awesome & ribs are phenomenal! Sides are great, which is rare at a BBQ join in my opinion.

    Had the brisket, it was just the right combo of lean and fatty. Had the potato casserole as a side and liked it as well. Extremely friendly staff. Would say a bit of music would have been welcomed, but enjoyed it overall. Hope they do well!

    The brisket has a great smoke flavor with a tinge of sweetness. The sausage is phenomenal. Potato casserole, excellent. And the peach cobbler just sets it all off.

    Clint Linke is from San Antonio and is a super nice guy and is very sociable. So glad this place is here.

    Brisket was awesome. Sausage is some of the best I have had. Coleslaw is a must try.
