Starbucks

They need a better system with drive thru, everyone was cutting and line was moving pretty slow. Took me 25 minutes.

I have been through the drive thru at this location multiple times and every single time the employees are so wonderful. They are always so positive and upbeat and brings some happiness to my day! they also do a great job at making the starbucks drinks!

All the employees here are extra courteous and polite. No matter how busy they are the always greet you with a smile... makes a huge difference. I really want to give a shout out to Lauren. They had a really busy day and I asked for the used coffee grounds. She went and got two big bags & even offered to take it to my car for me. That's the kind of person that every companies that aspiring to hire... This store has customer service nailed!

This is a walk up or drive through only location in Wylie across from Wylie High School. I have gotten good service here and haven’t had any issues. Sometimes I request extra hot for my drink and it is warm only but that is most Starbucks locations not just this one. Staff has always been friendly and drive through moves along at decent speed.
