RaceTrac

“This is your typical RaceTrac. It includes the amenities of most RaceTrac gas stations. There are 24 pumps each of which includes regular unleaded, unleaded plus, premium unleaded, and diesel fuel. Each station also includes window washing with skepticals and garbage cans. As far as safety is concerned there are several very clearly marked emergency shut off switch, and every other has fire extinguishers. They sell bagged ice and offer outdoor seating. There is also a station for compressed air and vehicle vacuum. Unfortunately this is a service that requires payment. this is one of the reasons I only gave RaceTrac four stars. I think it is ridiculous that they charge for compressed air. If I had to choose between RaceTrac and QuikTrip, I would choose QuikTrip simply because they offer free air. The interior is much like every other RaceTrac. They have their signature walk-in beer cooler as well as their frozen yogurt selection. Sadly, they're frozen yogurt machines seem to all be out of service during this visit. Pre-packaged snack items are available, as well as a limited selection of made-to-order bakery items. Choice of drinks is abundant, ranging from alcoholic beverages, soft-drinks, coffee, and all manner of flavored waters and energy drinks. There is an ATM inside along with a lottery vending machine. Bathrooms are available to use by public. There is both a male and female restroom. Though the restrooms were not dirty I was not overly impressed by their cleanliness. RaceTrac usually does a better job with this. All in all this is a decent location. As you can see in the photos it is conveniently located on the corner of Renner and Shiloh. And that is all I have to say about that.”
