“What an amazing sandwich! But let me be clear, not all Firehouse subs are the same. With that said, I’ll outline what I enjoyed most. The cleanliness of the place was spectacular. It’s under new management (Local family owned) they have gone out of their way to make sure the place looks amazing and the food is even better. The value of what you get for the price you pay can’t be beat. The sandwich bread is just the first step to making a great sandwich, and the amazing cold cuts make the experience that much better. Thin slices (and plenty of it) steam to perfection make one of the best sandwich shops I have visited. The staff gets it right the first time every time.”

“I going to say I had the very best customer service from the manager on duty. When I originally ordered I had chose delivery but for whatever reason it was received as a pickup..when I checked on my order and realized the mix up I immediately called the store..the manager was more than happy to change the status to delivery. It took the driver 40 min to bring my food in which by then it was cold. I called before driver got there and manager told me not to worry he was upgrading me to a large and he personally delivered it himself. He didn't have to do that but he went above and beyond in his customer service. I will be a loyal customer to this store. The pizza is amazing. And the manager is a great asset to your brand. I will also be reviewing this experience on every social media outlet..and calling the district manager myself. Thank you for the best experience.”

“Wow, Domino's pizza doesn't suck anymore! My pizza was delivered super fast and it was hot, cheesy, and delicious. I loved the garlic flavor on the crust and the roasted red peppers. If you haven't given Domino's a second chance, it's time. They really have made a major positive change in the quality of their pizza. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my crust was a little more limp than I prefer, but the flavor was great. I had the hand tossed. Next time I will try the crunchy thin.”

“'Bang for your buck' this is the best Italian on the east side of Plano. I've only had the baked pasta dishes so far because that's what I prefer. Their eggplant and manicotti are bomb. I love that ricotta inside. The house Italian dressing is home made and tangy. The little rolls are crispy and an excellent red sauce delivery system. Lunch specials are a good deal and they're not crowded at lunchtime but it should be. I'm going to bring friends next time.”

“A great hole in the wall Brooklyn style pizza place. I love ordering delivery or popping in for a slice of pizza or fresh hot sandwich. Their chicken parm sandwich is probably my personal favorite. The inside is reminiscent of a pizza shop off the New York subway I went too once. There a couple of TVs for watching sports. I have ordered subs to go several times in the past and the staff was always a bit slow and never very welcoming, but today was a complete opposite experience. I ordered 3 sandwiches and they were ready super fast and the customer service was amazing compared to my last visit. Friendly and fast, I will now be visiting this place a lot more often!”
