Old West Burgers

Everything was great! Friendly staff, tea was perfect, burger was amazing (I barely ever finish a burger but ate every bite of this one), and the fries were fantastic. Wouldn't change a thing!

I only stopped here because of the reviews, and have not stopped thinking about the burger since I left Texas two weeks ago to come home. Damn, that burger is good.

When anyone asks me what makes it so good I can only say, "I have no fricken clue!"

No, seriously, I don't know. It's juicy. Doesn't taste meaty (like Mcds). The bun is crisp shelled and soft in the middle. The veggies look like fair burger veggies, but are fresh as if picked minutes before.

By all looks and appearances, this thing should taste like $#@&, but even suggesting that is an affront to the tastiness that is this burger.

If I happen to get down this way again, this place will be on my must visit list.

This is one of the better restaurant experiences I've had. As soon as you walk in the door you sre greeted like a friend, not a checkbook.

The burger I had was just delicious and about as genuine amd honest of a burger you'll have. Fries were seasoned well and perfectly crisp.

If I didn't live in Houston, I'd be here weekly!

What a gem! Don't judge this place from the outside, go on in and be treated to the very best burgers. It's a mom and pop shop but not your ordinary burger menu. It is owned and run by a husband and wife team. They prepare only a certain number of burgers each day and when they run out, they go home.

They offer more than beef burgers. They know you can get a burger on any corner and that they are not located in the middle of the hustle and bustle so they create burgers you'll remember. It is well worth the trip and the time. You can kick back and enjoy some good conversation with friends as they prepare each burger to order. They truly appreciate your business.

I'm hoping the next time I visit they will have added a peanut butter bacon cheeseburger to the menu - they said they'd check it out and give it a try.
