Always a great meal at Bonsai! We love the specialty sushi rolls, and the hibachi show. All of our chefs have always been entertaining. Our family dines here once a week, for either lunch or dinner.

I always love their hibachi grill.Jesse is one of their best hibachi chefs and I prefer him to cook for us any time I go. They also have amazing sushi as well.. I've never had a problem with the service either. But if the food isn't pleasing when you have hibachi try another chef until he cooks it to your taste preference there is one chef I don't like there because he cooks everything at once and can't keep up with the quality at the same time. But this is definitely one of my favorite places in new Braunfels tx

Best Japanese Hibachi experience, I love to bring my family to this restaurant I have celebrated birthdays, Christmas work party and anniversaries. Staff is always friendly and the food is Amazing. Is a must place to visit when in N.B

Thank you DJ! The food was superb; the best Japanese food I've had in years. You were funny too. Thank you Amidona for excellent and attentive customer service with a smile. We celebrated my adult son's birthday here and it was the best decision for a restaurant I could've made. They even brought out a flaming platter of cheesecake complete with a gong for my son. Very nice touch. Did I mention how tasty the food was? Wow!

You know, it was okay. Chef tried to make it fun however it was difficult to make out his accent. He was a very good cook and you could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. Food didn't have much flavor, but was good. Probably will not come back to eat here.
