Love the New Braunfels I Hop
Dennis is a great manager and his employees are a product of good management. Everyone is friendly, the food is always good and hot. Have been to other locations where the food comes out and sits in the window, gets cold. Not at this location. Excellent!!

Came in at 10:30 PM with my boyfriend and Kristen was an amazing server. We never had to ask for anything. She was completely on point, friendly, and I'd definitely recommend.

We stopped at this IHOP on the way back from San Antonio. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. There was a strange altercation in the kitchen when we first got seated, but one of the waiters talked over it and welcomed everyone to make it less awkward. It was still a little unexpected, but as my husband commented, "the chef may be mad, but he sure can cook!" I think the manager could have handled the yelling match a little better, but over all, the food was good.

Denise was a FABULOUS waitress. Food was hot and fast. I was hangry when I got there and left smiling... and needing a nap from the all you can eat pancakes. I was happy all day.

Myself and my boyfriend hopped over to IHOP last night and both decided on getting something different then usual he tried the Philly sandwich, in which he really enjoyed and said was really very good . Myself I tried the BIG BRUNCH, which I LOVED VERY, MUCH ! OMG, This was so delicious I completely ate it all w/french fries. Myself I love my fries w/Mayo and ketchup big plus. We were so pleased and very satisfied. So if you haven't yet tried either one of these items, you should. Love you ???? good bye.
