The burgers and fries where large portions and very good they did not use frozen patties everything was fresh

My favorite spot to grab a beer and enjoy the river view - burgers, catfish, and Texas cheesesteak are all great!

There is no better burger on the river! People are so warm and friendly you can tell they love what they do and what they do is provide the freshest food, coldest beer and best service with a smile you can find in the Guadalupe- but don’t take my word for it come see for yourself!

You will feel at home, it’s a very special place!!

I've been going to The Lone Star Float house, since I moved to San Antonio, 4 yrs ago. The entire staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous. The food, especially the bacon cheeseburger, is excellent. They also have inner tubes for floating the river or just choose to sit in the river and have a cold Lone Star beer, which only costs a buck. Awesome place to visit.

I absolutely love this place. It’s sits on the Guadalupe river off the famous road in New Braunfels (River Road)! They have the best burgers and you can grab your food and favorite beverage and sit on a picnic table on the river.
