    I didn’t realize this bakery was gluten free until I arrived. I’d tried very few gluten free sweets prior to this, and I was never very impressed with the times I had. This bakeries pastries and blueberry breakfast scone I tried where better than any bakery’s that I’d been to in recent memory.

    At this point I’m not going to switch to a gluten free diet, but I can say I became a believer and loyal customer to The Red Oak Bakery as soon as I consumed the first bite.

    So happy a friend asked me to come out for a meetup. The lemon bar was delicious. Brought home a strawberry bar. Amazing. Would have never known it was gluten free. Even got to sample the bread. Will definitely be back.

    Happy Celiac. Dear Lord, those salted brownies and that chocolate brioche! By far the best baked goods I've eaten, even better than what I remember from wheat bakeries!

    Great GF sweets! A must stop when visiting New Braunfels. The owners are very nice and great with customers. Love this place!

    Beautiful atmosphere, and absolutely wonderful coffee. I highly recommend! I am very happy to know that they open at 8:00 a.m. as apposed to 9:00 a.m as posted on the site.
