Willie's Grill & Icehouse

Chose Willie's at random on a return trip from San Antonio. It is excellent! Shrimp PoBoy was near perfect and the fries were fresh and hot. The wait staff was fun and efficient. Love the beer bottle chandelier. We will definitely return.

Where to begin. Food was really good (wish portions were a smidgen bigger). We had a large group and food was a little on the cool side, but it was seafood so it didn't really make any difference to the quality or the taste of the seafood itself. Waiter was a very nice young man and dealt with all us "loud" ladies very well. One of the best experiences I've had at that type of a dining in a long time. Manager also came by to check on us (probably bcuz we were so loud) and made sure that everyone had what they ordered and if we needed anything else. Will definitely be going back!!! Thank you Willie's for making my first visit so enjoyable.....but the company I shared the meal with was awesome as well! Thank you ladies.

In the beginning, I did not like this place. However, I finally learned how to order and now I enjoy it quite a lot. Food is always great and it is a nice casual atmosphere.

I do not understand what problem they are solving by the way they take orders, and then have you repeat them etc.... but it seems to work for them. But it also causes a line when you first arrive which can be a deterrent. Still, the food is good and dependably so.

Great atmosphere! Fast and friendly service! My boys enjoyed playing in the sand box. Ordering your food for dine in was different than most restaurants. You order at the counter, then sit, and then a server comes to basically take your order again. Food was great! Overall a great experience!

OMG!!! The fold was amazing! Super good. This place is unlike anything we have back home. The service was great, the atmosphere awesome and the food- amazing! Would love to eat there again. We highly recommend!
