Cashier was polite and patient. The food came out promptly and was delivered to our table. The staff seems to work well as a team. Definitely a pleasant experience.

The guy that took our order was clearly not happy about being there. Which I get but at least try to do your job! The play area hadn't been cleaned in a while and there weren't any sanitizing wipes. Other than that it was good!

We had a birthday party at this location. It was perfect, they still have a play place (that's becoming rare) and they had a private room right next to the Play place. When I inquired about it the manager told me that they no longer host birthday parties, but they will reserve the room for us at no cost. So that was nice. I took the money I was saving for my daughters party and just bought gift cards for all of the families that came to the party. My daughters loved it that they still had pictures on the windows of the older characters like Grimace, Birdie and the Fry guys. We recommend this for parties and we will come back to this location more often.
