Bella Sera New Braunfels

Went during first week it was open. We waited a little for food but it was worth it. As it is new we figured there would be longer wait times as they got the staff up to speed and acclimated to the business levels. Food was amazing, my parents said it reminded them of the little Italian place my mom worked at when they were stationed in Germany. We asked the waiter what he would recommend to dip bread in, he brought us some marinara and oil - both were delicious.

Staff was friendly and attentive, even with being newly opened and busy.

We can't wait to come back.

Have been there 3 times. Each experience was delicious!! The food comes out hot and the rolls are amazing. The food takes a little time, but so worth the wait!! The staff is very friendly and management is as well. The restaurant is very clean and bathrooms are beautifully decorated. Enjoy my visits.

I keep reading a lot of negative reviews but I and my family experienced 100% different.
Service was absolutely perfect as well as the food. I personally had a pasta trio and it was utterly delicious. My whole family was happy with everything we experienced in “Bella Sera”!

Here is my review of Bella Sera, a new restaurant in New Braunfels.

The rolls were hot and the fresh garlic submerged in oil was delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was served hot and tasted superb. As the restaurant has just opened, there were some minor setbacks, but I'm confident these will be resolved over time. The Italian food was truly delicious.

The food was delicious! Definitely order the olive oil dipping sauce with the garlic rolls... sooo good! Service-wise, you can tell they are working out the kinks that come along with opening a brand new restaurant and training new staff, but our server was super kind, helpful, and our food came out fast. Thrilled this place opened up in New Braunfels; it'll be our go-to for Italian for sure!
