Faust Hotel and Brewpub

We celebrated my husband's military retirement at the Faust Bar & Grill. Brandi and her crew were amazing and made the process very easy. Her cocktail hour appetizer recommendations were right on point...everyone raved about the grilled veggie platter and the cheese platter was perfect too! The Build Your Own Burger bar was a great option as it provided the choice of burger, chicken breast, or pulled pork. I will call Brandi again if we have another event! THANK YOU, FAUST BAR &GRILL, BRANDI, AND THE REST OF THE STAFF!!!!

This place was fantastic! Historic building in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, New Braunfels! The decor is period chic. The hotel staff was very friendly and personable. The Brewpub has a wonderful selection of beer (lots on tap) the bartenders were pleasant and our server couldn’t have been nicer! Her name eludes me at the moment. The food was very tasty and the greens were fresh! Definitely going back very soon!!

Love the atmosphere. Love trivia. Shelby is a great server. Never disappointed when I come here. I recommend it to anyone visiting from out of town.

This is a really nice older hotel with a lot of history. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a full bar and restaurant with a decent menu and a good variety of craft beers mostly from their famed brewery. Although it was a little on the pricey side I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come again.

Fantastic old German Brew House. Food was delicious. I had a Cuban sandwich with home made chips. Wonderful! Waitress was pleasant and efficient (we were a group of 22, which can be daunting, but she kept her smile the whole time!) Food was all excellently prepared with large servings at a reasonable price.
