Tacos Papi Grande

I have been hearing great things about Tacos Papi Grande, but hadn’t gotten the chance to try them out until today. They did not disappoint, AMAZING birria! We got the chicken and beef and both were so delicious, the tortillas were super crunchy which is one thing that a lot of places don’t get quite right. I was also extremely impressed on how quickly our order was ready after placing it. This place knows what they are doing, great food, quick turn around, friendly staff, y’all go check them out if you haven’t already!

Everything I've had here has exceeded my expectations. Birria ramen, birria quesadilla, queso, even just the consume itself. Could not be more pleased. Forgot to take a photo before I started eating it so it is missing a slice, what can you do.

This taco truck has friendly folks that love making tacos! It was my first experience eating birria tacos bc I don’t eat beef but they had chicken tacos that were crispy and delicious with the juiciest meat. Highly recommend! They are normally located on Landa across from the Lamdmark.

You can’t go wrong getting ANY of the food here! My personal favorite is the ramen and obviously the birria tacos but the Al pastor tacos are just as good! Everything is seasoned to perfection, literally drink the ramen broth; and the salsas are so flavorful! Just get them!

I think my new hobby is going to be tracking down where Papi Grande Tacos is and hitting them up in as many different locations as possible. Holy moley this was amazing food. I love Birria so naturally got the quesadilla. We also got the asada tacos and tried the Birria Ramen just to see….. the owner said his son (maybe 9 years old?) came up with the idea. That kid is going places because I will 100% be returning for some more. 10/10 food truck and hopefully one day full restaurant.
