The food was fresh and amazing (definitely get the pancakes!), the service was friendly, the restaurant was clean and so cute. This will definitely be our new go-to breakfast spot. So Glad we have Darlene's in our community!

(May 16, 2021, 3:13 pm)Very good! We got the Peaches and Cream and the Strawberry shortcake pancakes and they were delicious. We are very happy to have a cafe this good in our area. The eating area was quite small but they just opened up so they are probably still working on it. Must come back!

Pancakes are the best I’ve ever had!
The place is loud when full. That is my only critique, but that can be fixed.
Best breakfast restaurant I have been to in a long time.

While they are still working out a few glitches, we had excellent, quick service, the food came in a very timely manner, and it was really good. My wife loved the pancakes! I would recommend getting there early; it fills up fast! So glad we have a great breakfast cafe in our area. Best of luck to the owners.

(May 14, 2021, 8:49 pm)We had breakfast at the new Darlene's Breakfast Cafe this morning. My husband had the waffle plate. It came with a waffle, eggs and bacon. The waffle was delicious and the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy (I forgot to take a picture of them.) I had the strawberry shortcake pancakes... Divine! Fresh hot coffee with a few different creamer options. I love it when restaurants have flavored creamer! It's a nice added touch. The grounds around the restaurant are beautiful. It's nestled in an oak grove. This may turn into our new favorite breakfast place.
They serve lunch as well, so we will try that another time. Thanks for the great service and delicious food!
