McDonald's

The food was consistently good but no new changes in the meat. It is nearly always processed chicken and beef. It could stand to have an upgrade in quality.

This location has improved immensely in the past few years. They have almost 0 errors in food orders and they are much faster than before. The location is clean and staff is friendly. The only complaint I have with the location is not the fault of the employees but the customers. The drive through lane has one lane that divides into two. Covites please recognize the solid line that divides the drive through from the parking area. stop cutting people off who are already waiting in line.

*Old Review*This location has carried the Copperas Cove tradition of bad service for some time but like their neighbor Taco Bell they have gotten better. It still takes a little too long to fill a drive through order but not half an hour like it used to. This still mess up about one third of the orders but still better than Burger King who messes up about two thirds of my orders. Sometimes they will forget your drink, but not often. it's more likely they'll forget to secure the lid or wipe the spill off the sides of the cup.

Overall they are improving but still have room to grow.
