Something In Between

Nice clean restuarant, made from scratch items to include the waffles. He cures his own bacon from pork belly. My family and I had the big boy, big Texas and the chicken and waffles...all great.

So I always try my best to try local restaurants first before I go to a chain restaurant. That being said, this establishment prides itself on having a fresh and unique twist on traditional breakfast meals. I've come here multiple times and this is what I've discovered.

1. I love the smell of waffles, but most places have these bland shaped party things that smell and look great, but the taste falls flat. At this place, the waffles are light and fluffy with an assortment of toppings made fresh with ingredients from local farmers and associates.

2. Feeling really hungry? Their Big Boy is a huge plate with a hearty portion of potatoes veggies meats and eggs. Definitely a great way to start a weekend (or if you seriously need to nap afterwards because this WILL put you in a good coma.)

Actually the more I think about it, I should inform you all that all of their portions are HUGE. You definitely get what you pay for. Definitely give this place a try!

the food there is amazing along with a wide selection of breakfast and dinner items for any time of day. The owner kyle is a great cook and takes great pride in his restaurant. Definitely worth going there over and over.
