The Grill

Great burger! I was traveling through from Denver to Dallas and wanted a good burger. Not a fast food one. I drove just a few blocks off the main street. The service was very friendly. They make the burgers after you order but service was very fast. The burger was fresh and delicious! I got the curly fries that completed the order. I will stop again on my way back through. This time adding photos.

I wish I could give them 10 stars and I wish I'd taken a photo of our breakfast sandwiches this morning. Perfection and very large portions. You could split one but I'm still glad we didn't. 😂

Edit: We loved this place so very much so on our way home from Montana, Yellowstone, various other sites (Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska), and Estes Park, we stopped into the The Grill for dinner. Steak fingers and chili to go - both outstanding! It might be 10 hours and 42 minutes from my home to The Grill but I'd be willing to start out early one day and eat dinner there, spend the night in Dalhart, and then get breakfast in the morning in the way back home.

We were passing through town on our way home from Dallas and found this little grill on-line. It was worth getting off the main drag for. Great burgers. My husband loved the stuffed avocado. Great service. Enjoyed the nostalgic vibe

If you are looking for a great burger, this is the place. Made to order! Their regular fries are the perfect side.

Texas ski travelers! This place is worth the stop! I’m so glad we didn’t settle for our usual chain restaurant selection. The burgers were great! Service was awesome, friendly, and quick, even though they were super busy!

We had three in our group, all chose the burgers. I had the cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries (pictured-oops! forgot to take the pic before I smashed the bun down and took a bite lol) My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions (you can choose grilled or raw or no onions, we like grilled.) My son (15) had the DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger with curly fries and scarfed the whole thing down like a typical teenage boy, then finished my fries 🤣 (his burger is in the background of the burger pic.) After all of us saying how good the food was and how full our bellies are, both the guys opted for a small milkshake. It was a very huge “small”! (see pic) Both shakes were devoured as well.

This place has so much on the menu. We’ll definitely add The Grill to our list of “must-stop”food places! Looking forward to trying their Texas Nachos next time. ‘Till next time!!!
