IHOP

This one is clean and the staff are good their jobs. The location is easy to miss from the road. Their coffee is decent quality.

The first thing i like about IHOP is its 24 * 7 and it has multiple franchise throughout my neighborhood. I like their omelette with cheese toppings, waffle \ pancake with maple syrup and grilled \ fried chicken with onion rings.

It's neither expensive nor cheap but with a reasonable price. I love with ranges of menu items they offer and it's one of the perfect spot for dining kids.

I had breakfast here twice whilst visiting Dallas with my family and it was the best we had during our stay!! The veggie omelette with mushrooms was the best! The French toast hot chocolate was ok, I barely had room for the pancakes & brioche toast but the bites I did have wasn’t anything to write home about.

At about 10AM, a friend and I walked in the door. We were immediately greeted by a very kind staff member and were quickly brought to a table. Throughout the entire meal, the staff member was polite and cordial. I had ordered a cold brew coffee and he made sure to check and see if I needed refills(coffee refills are free, though cold brew costs about a dollar more.) The pancakes were fantastic and the experience overall is one of the best I could ask for. I made sure to leave a nice tip for the waiter and out the door we went.

Server was great, present when needed but wasn't hovering which is great. Food came out timely considering it was a closer to lunch rush ending but still busy and we had 5. Food was delicious!
