Duck Donuts Addison

This was my first time at a made to order donut shop. So when I walked in I was a bit confused, but there was a nice young women who helped and explained their process. Which was much appreciated! The employees were very polite, and they have a wide selection of donuts to choose from! I highly reccomend, but give yourself some time to receive your order. This is not a last minute, get some donuts for work kind of place. It is definitely worth it!

Best donuts I've ever had! Hot and fresh and my kids LOVED watching their donuts being made. Staff was very friendly and the environment welcoming. Price is reasonable for what you're getting. Can't wait to go back

Yum! This might be the best donut shop I've been to. They are made to order, there actual donut and the toppings. It's like a pizza bar where you can choose from the menu or create your own. The donuts are not over beating like most custom donut shops. Is actually like a cake batter that is used. They also have a breakfast sandwich and a few coffee selections. The service was great too!

A donut lover's paradise. Your donut is only limited by your imagination. I bought a half dozen for a gift for a friend's birthday and the delicious assortment was visually pleasing. Unfortunately I didn't get one for myself but the cinnamon sugar sample at the counter confirmed my friend will be happy with her gift. A little pricey for a regular Saturday morning but I can see this as a great reward for good grades or other kid goals and kids will love all the topping options.

DUCK DONUTS is amazing. Their donuts are light, fluffy, and they taste like a funnel cake. Great service and friendly staff. The young lady with the purple hair is very knowledgeable and helpful. These donuts are made to order so there WILL BE A WAIT, but they are totally worth it. Variety of flavors, toppings, and drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone who is into donuts or is tired of the same old boring donut. Hands downs the best donuts in Dallas. From what I understand, there aren't tables or chairs YET. The city won't allow them to put tables and chairs in, due to size, but they are working on that.
