Update: I went back and the service was on point. 5 stars, food was good.

Came here for lunch and the servers seemed confused; I was left standing with no direction. 5 minutes later, I was told it was open seating and that a bowl would be brought to me. Another 5 minutes, I'm sitting at the table, watching servers walk past with no acknowledgement. I left.

Got the large bowl. Choose your proteins, veggies, sauces, seasonings and take it to the grill where it is cooked to perfection. Excellent taste, hot and flavorful. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Short waiting time. Good family place. Great atmosphere.

I personally have had good experiences here. I've gone about 4 times over the last month and some change. Our most recent visit we we're unable to go because they were out of so many food items it wasn't worth it. But we came back the next day and everything was fully stocked looked good and fresh kept on ice. Food came to the table nice and hot the exact way I put it in my bowl. The bartender was very kind and personable I'm not sure why others were saying he was rude. But each visit is different. They really are trying to make this location nicer and more updated. Just give it time. I can't wait to be back.
