Gloria’s Latin Cuisine

Can I please suggest the bartenders to utilize tongs when placing lemons or limes on to our drinks? No one washed their hands. I observed two individuals neglecting to wash their hands prior to placing a lemon & lime wedge onto my drinks ( Water & H.M.) and my peer. Otherwise the atmosphere is awesome , the food is delicious, the customer service is pretty decent (I feel it could use some improvement; A little more attentive staff. Nevertheless it is an awesome place with delicious food & friendly staff.

Victoria was the best waitress, she was there for all parts of our meal! Super attentive and sweet and genuine with her service and well being thank you for making it such the best date night. food and everything was amazing!!!

I will first start off by saying that by far previous to today that Gloria's in Addison was one of my top favorites. My friend had her birthday brunch there and she had a party of about 16 people and we were there when it first opened (it was basically empty). I was very disatisfide with the manager. The only thing that we had asked is if we could place the tables together to accommodate our large group (it had been done in the past) and he said no that they don't do that anymore and because of short staff that they would have to have one waiter to each table, as if they are not capable of having two waiters accommodate one large extended table at one time. I then proceeded to ask if we could be seated by the fire pit in the back that accommodates a large group and he then said no because the area was closed (which it wasn't) I was very disappointed for her to say the least. Who would want their guest sitting at two separate tables? Other than this I would have given it five stars. So much for making sure your guest are happy. With that type of management you will easily lose customers which means losing money. I will never again refer Gloria's in Addison to anyone with this type of customer service. If it wasn't for it being a birthday celebration I would have left.

Came here on a whim on a Friday night.it was busy, but the wait wasn’t long at all. The atmosphere was very welcoming and our waiter Diego, he was the absolute best!!!! I always have a special order when I get Mexican, and he got everything right! (And he didn’t even write it down) No complaints here. The food was good, service was excellent and I will be back!!
