I have used them for about 6 years for holidays and special occasions. I usually order the Cajun Fried Turkey with is delicious. I recently tried the Cajun Turkey Breast for Easter and it was superb as well. I ship these turkeys and turkey breast all of the USA. Everyone I send them to love them.

I recently spoke with Billy, Owner of The Cajun Turkey Company, regarding a previous order that was purchased last October 2017. I had purchased a large amount of food items during the 50% Off Christmas in October Sale. I had fallen ill for quite some time where I was unable to retrieve my order that was purchased online during the half-off sale. I did not start recovering until early January 2018 which led me to believe that too much time had passed for me to be able to pick up my order, so all was forgotten, and I figured I would just chock up the $144 I had spent online during the company's major sale. However, to my amazement, a couple of days ago, I bought a Poche's Stuffed Chicken at The Cajun Turkey Company and Kim, who is one of the main customer service reps during the holiday season, remembered that I did not come to pick up the order from last year, and she spoke to Billy on my behalf concerning this. She conveyed she would do everything in her power to get a credit for the food that was purchased through their company. Several days later, I received a personal phone call from Billy, where I was reassured that the full amount that I paid for all the food items that I wasn't able to retrieve would be credited back to me for purchasing from The Cajun Turkey Company which in my opinion goes above and beyond any kind of customer service that I have experienced from any establishment!! I was truly treated with such graciousness, and I did not even have to explain what took place; He just reassured me that I would receive a full credit for a $144 to spend at The Cajun Turkey Company. This food establishment proves to be very reputable in giving top-notch treatment to its customers and truly guaranteeing that their customers are taken care of. The food offered from The Cajun Turkey Company definitely exhibits a spirit of excellence and deserves 5 stars for its quality of taste! I would recommend purchasing from The Cajun Turkey Company to anyone who wants a great experience in both food and customer service!!!

Awesome! We ordered the "lightly seasoned" cajun fried turkey (just the right spice level for us), potatoes au gratin, cornbread dressing and gravy. All of it was delicious!! The turkey was one of the best we've had over the years-- juicy, flavorful, just awesome! Will recommend to others...

Just moved to Texas earlier this year (2018) this was our first Thanksgiving here and we decided to do something different. We ordered the Spicy Cajun Fried Turkey. Oh my Gosh! Most juiciest flavorful turkey ever! Literally every bite was Amazing!! Seriously the best Turkey my family has ever had. We will definitely be coming back next year(s)! Also the people at the store are very friendly! Probably going to try the Smoked Turkey.
