La Salsa Verde

If you want authentic Mexican food go here. This is Mexican comfort food at it's best. The "tinga chicken" & regular chicken quesadillas are excellent. Good tacos not the best I've had but good. Wait to me for orders is good as long as they are not too busy. This place can get busy though. Especially weekend nights.

I liked the easy in and out nature of this place. It's counter service so it goes pretty quickly. We had a group of about 11 and we were able to get our food quickly and had a large table open for us even on Saturday evening. Food was satisfactory and probably won't win any awards but it was tasty, filling, and you could tell it was authentic. Especially the home made type of tortillas. Prices were very reasonable. They only sell bottled water, you can't get a fountain water for free. Just a heads up.

Great authentic tacos! Amazing variety on tacos and quesadillas. Mainstream sodas with a couple of real-sugar ones. Seating is sort of limited, that is, there might be some wait time to find a spot (cause food is so good) limited close parking but lots available in the plaza (just not in front of the taqueria). Service is fast and orders are correct. Saw an app but have not tried it yet. Salsas are also a plus, specially peanut one. To go orders include salsas, onion, cilantro, and radishes, extra salsas are available for a moderate rate. Place was recently opened so it is clean and appliances new. Overall a solid lunch or quick bite option.

fantastic tacos. I ordered 5 and it was almost enough to fill me up... 4 were great, one was ok. Their salsas were all pretty good too... there was a spicy green one that was my favorite. I'll have to get 6+ next time.
