This was our first visit. I atmosphere was great. Our server Broadie was great. He took care of us. We plan on coming back. Everyone enjoyed their food. The manager apologized due to a couple of servers that hadn't made it yet for there shift because we're a big family. Nothing bad at all
NOT TRUE CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA. Now that we've addressed the misleading name, it is still a slam dunk for a sports bar/restaurant. The atmosphere is laid back, staff is super friendly, and the food is good for the price. As I said, it's not true Chicago style, but is pretty close for being a chain restaurant located in the suburbs of Dallas. Lots of options, and super kid friendly!
I ordered the pizza and the spicy pickles. They both were very good. It's a great laid back place to go chill or for a date.
Great tasty appetizers and pizza choices. The menu has a large variety of different options other then pizza. The service was quick and friendly. Server was on top of her game and actually gave us tasty options since it was our first time here. Highly recommend for a good night out with the family, friends, or couples.
First time we went, we walked out after 20 minutes of no service.
Second time we went (a year later), service was good. Refills were non-existent but food was great!
Third time we went (a few months later), everything was what we expected - good food & good service.
Went again yesterday. Brandi was GREAT! If all the servers were like her, we'd definitely have been going more often! Too expensive for a pizza, wings, & kids meal - but Brandi made the trip worth paying for!
