    This is the closest place to get barbecue for me. The food is good. The prices are decent. Lots of options. Not the best barbecue I've ever had,but not too bad.

    Been craving a bar b q sandwich forever. Finally got it when my boyfriend and I stopped by in here. Not a bad little spot, and the food is pretty good. The mashed potatoes are a bit salty for my taste and the okra is a bit crispy. But over all its good. I was more worried about the chopped beef. Now that was yum....???? will definitely come back.

    Best barbecue I've ever had. I absolutely loved the cabbage. Workers were great, helpful, and smiling. Only complaint was ice cream machine was broken and my kids were looking forward to that.

    Beef was a little greasy my last visit. Mostly pretty good. Loaded baked potatoes are great

    We usually go to the one in Mansfield but tried this location while we were in Cedar Hill. We were not let down. We got the same food quality and the same "load your own vegetables on your own plate" service we have loved about the Mansfield Soulman's! It's priced fair and consistent. Go ahead and get yourself a soft serve ice cream cone when you're finished.. It's free.
