(February 27, 2019, 2:12 am)Extremely slow drive through service. Ive come gone here 3 times each time just ordering a normal #1... A single burger and fries. My average wait time as been just under 20 min. The food has been good so I'm giving it 3 stars but when my last wait was closer to 30 than 10 minutes with only 3 other cars in line I can't do more than that.

(February 15, 2019, 1:46 pm)We decided to dine in. We have been to this location many times. The service today was excellent. Our food was hot and tasted great. The young man taking our order was very professional. He made sure he had the order right. I have no problem waiting on food if the food is hot when it is served. I recommend this whataburger. I hope that other people will have a similar experience.

(January 12, 2019, 1:16 am)The mushroom Swiss burger is back and needs to stay!! Plus, the Cedar Hill Whataburger is the best one I've EVER been to. It's super clean, a manager is readily available and the employees are all super nice!

(December 27, 2018, 10:19 pm)Harrington at the cashier window was a delight over the holidays!! Best customer service ever! While being serviced not only did he wish is a Merry Christmas but the brief conversation was hilarious!! Thank you for making our evening a wonderful one!
