    Great food and drinks. Entertainment also. Atmosphere is nice inside and out. Excellent service good prices. We needed a brew house in Cedar Hill.

    Absolutely LOVE this place. Now I no longer have to drive to Dallas and the Beers here are absolutely amazing. If they sold their Highpoint Porter in stores I would purchase the stores shipment. Friendly staff, clean environment and just great vibes. Tell your friends, your family heck even that one lady in the Walmart checkout line.

    This is a great little brewery with a fairly wide selection of craft beers. We stopped in for a quick drink and ended up staying for two rounds and some bbq. The owner Brian was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He explained to us that he and his father had remodeled the building, including all of the beautiful wood work found throughout the tasting room. The brisket tacos whipped up by chef Ryan were absolutely amazing, some of the best brisket we've ever had. Ash and Ember Brewing is a charming little place and a must stop for anyone in the cedar hill area.

    This place rocks! (And I don't even drink beer). I can't wait for opportunities for game nights and such here with friends. Mijas BBQ at this location is delicious, I'm really glad they serve food so I can still enjoy my time here even though I don't drink much. Looking forward to hanging out with friends here and holding more work events in the future.

    Cedar Hill resident that is so excited to have these great brewers in town. Beer is excellent, ambience is awesome and the owners are indeed passionate about their product. Beer to go in cool containers are a unique and added plus, go visit you won’t be disappointed. Tom
