Chicken Express

Initially I would have given 2 stars but today (4/4/19 @ 12:30pm) the manager on duty (wearing a red shirt at the cashier counter) changed that to a 5 star. It was very busy that day as any other day around lunch time. I explained to him my previous experience with them (my drive thru order was wrong & I didn’t get any utensils)and was told to come back. I myself, made a few mistakes (by not checking my order before I left nor did I take the persons name down who told me to come back the next time and they’ll fix it for me when I called them about my wrong order) I admitted to my mistakes as well as my previous experience. The gentleman told me what I should do for next time which I was receptive. Little did I know he got my order right and added an extra piece of chicken in there for me for the last mix up they had. I thought it was kind of him.

The rating is on based on the quality of the food preparation. However it was the special for $6.50. I hold Chicken Express to a higher level of serviving fresh and hot items through out the business day. This was my first visit. We all deserve a second chance. Maybe the next visit will be a reminder of why we fly to Chicken Express.

Not bad for fast food. But I wouldn't eat here every day. Good pricing. Nice staff.

Lunch special was over, the agent asked her manager if she could offer my coworker and I the special without even asking! Awesome customer service!! Everything was fresh and it was the cleanest location I've ever seen.
