Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered on the app and when it got here we had 0 of the 3 chip bags we ordered. I look over the order before calling and they let us come and get the chips we ordered. After I called I started eating my bowl and I didn't have any rice, which I did order as well.

Our whole family love Chipotle. Usually we have good experience with it. But last time they gave us very little chicken and the person who was serving .

I frequent this place about 3-4 time's a month. It used to be great. The service has gone downhill lately. Recently it seems like the online orders take total priority. Never mind the line of people at their door who are actually waiting, in store, for service. They get totally ignored so that the entire staff can work on the online orders. Not even a glance, much less a, "We'll be with you in a moment." Nothing.

When they finally do get to you, they act like they'd rather be anywhere but there and you are just another annoyance they have to deal with. Plus, if they are in the middle of your order, and an online order comes in, they will stop your order and immediately begin working on the online order. This halts the entire line. They did this to me the other day, several times before I could complete my order. By the time they got back to me and the other in store customers, the line was well out the door.

This attitude, slow service and inability to prioritize the customers standing right in front of them have made it a place that's just not worth going to anymore.

Good stuff. Meat was a little dry but I came at a time they were not very busy. Definitely worth the price though. Got a burrito and tacos. Both with the same fixings and chicken as the rest of the meat looked as it had been sitting for quite a bit.
