A Dallas landmark. The best everything. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, fried chicken, fried okra, green beans, rolls.... the whole menu. Love it! And the staff can't be beat. Such friendly employees!

An unlikely find in the middle of highland parks, Bubba’s give you the classic diner feel. The portions are great for what you pay. The chicken is crispy and so good! The mashed potatoes and rolls perfectly accompany the chicken. Adding this to my new favorites.

Southern fried chicken at its best. From the warm rolls with butter and honey to the gravy and mashed potatoes, there's everything to love about the spot. Like most businesses in this area, seating can be tough during peak hours and the restroom is only accessible from the outside. It's all about the food honestly. Large portions of juicy crispy chicken that will scratch any fried food itch one may have.

Love me some Bubba's when I'm craving some fried chicken. They have the best gravy ever! Don't forget to try their rolls but be careful, you may end up ordering a dozen to take home.

Holy wow! Great little place with some great history. Love the atmosphere and some great people watching! And the food! Just good old southern style home cooking. We were there for breakfast and I got biscuits and gravy. Just like my grandma used to make. So so good. Highly recommend this great little spot to fill your stomach.
