Eatzi's Market & Bakery

First time visiting this location and was amazed with all the delicious samples and products. I ordered a tuna sandwich with pickles on the side and it was greatness.

This Eatzi's is pleasant - and if I had never been to the Eatzi's on Oak Lawn would probably be fine. But compared to the Oak Lawn location, this one comes up a bit short on customer service.

For example, today my wife and I had an omlettes. We wanted salsa as well. This location said "we're out." The Oak Lawn location would say "Oh, we're out in the kitchen, let me open some for you." or something similar, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.

There are many good things about the Preston and Royal location, but they need - based on the Oak Lawn location - to up their customer service, in my opinion.

One stop shop for all your tasty delights. A wee bit on the pricey side, but a nice Oasis in a sea of fast food.

The staff are all attentive, very helpful, and kind. we always get custom sandwiches and they are amazing. Great customer service coupled with great food, we are customers for life. Great job!

I absolutely have never been disappointed. Whether it is a quick meal or shopping for a more complex dinner, they are a wonderful choice. Their food is flavored well and cooked to perfection. As a bonus they have BOGO on many prepackaged items after 9pm.
