Really delicious! The staff was very friendly too. I would highly recommend the espresso shot over the cayenne ice cream! So good!

I enjoyed the tea and coffee! Very good & quick. Friendly service. The flavors of ice cream and cookie dough were interesting. My friend really liked the fruity pebbles flavor.

Genuinely amazing. They stay true to their slogan "anything but vanilla" by offering a variety of creative flavors including winter spruce, cinammon cayenne, peppermint bark, and even olive oil (yes, it's flipping amazing, too!). Don't come here for your usual boring ice cream flavors because they won't have it. Instead, come here for an experience in a new take on your favorite food. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Baldo’s is the ice cream shop Dallas has been waiting for. Beautifully designed and well laid out with open kitchen so you can see the product being developed. Lines seem long but the wait is actually quite short. Service is excellent. Went with my wife, two month old, and dog. Very family friendly. Will go again as often as I am able.

Absolutely delicious! The cone to ice cream ratio is impeccable. Highly recommend getting a flight of cones to really enjoy a few different flavors! Don’t sleep on the red velvet cookie dough.
