Fancy grilled cheese. Enough said!
If you like regular old grilled cheese, this place takes it to the next level. Fantastic food and a good selection of local craft beer.
Apps & sides are a normal portion size (so, smaller than most restaurants, I didn't mind but some may!) But the sandwiches were large & filling. I got the buffalo chicken grilled cheese & it was so delicious! Service was an little slow for a Sunday afternoon, & my meal was brought put about 5 minutes before my husbands. I feel like the staff was a little overwhelmed at the moment & maybe there were some miscommunications? But still great food in a great area that is really booming these days! Not too large of a restaurant or patio so I'd advise a larger group not go during peak times.
Food was good but needed more flavor, the bacon appetizer was too die and so was there fresh made ranch dressing. The Grilled cheese cheese burger is truly what they say, the burger is only the size of half the sandwich. So half is burger and half is grilled cheese. I thought maybe it was just mine that ended up like that but I wasn't the only one at the table that ordered it.
Food was decent, I could personally make a better grilled cheese at the house. For less than half the price, it was pricey. I will say their ranch is on point! It was something different and I reccomend trying just to say you did. The picture looks so much better than it actually was.
Excellent experience. Will be returning. Nick was outstanding
Excellent experience in this quaint eclectic and clean restaurant. The sandwiches are a large size so the price turned out to be very reasonable. I suggest the grilled mac n cheese with brisket and onion rings. They were so good. Nick, our waiter, was exceptional. I've had lesser service at "5 star" restaurants where the total bill was as much as my rent... point is, Nick was just amazing as a considerate and wonderful waiter.
Also, BE CAREFUL, extremely hot cheese can SEAR the roof of your mouth! Let the sandwich cool a sec before taking a huge bite like I did, and save yourself, from intense pain.
