(December 5, 2018, 7:31 pm)I visited today for the first time... The food is good, quality and generous portions, but the first point of contact when you walk in the door is sadly lacking. No smile. No greeting, nothing. Not one solitary word. I felt I was wasting his time. He kept his back to me (on his phone) from the time I entered to the time I left. Re-training is in order! The first P.O.C at any establishment is the "window to the company" I hope they consider whom they hire to work the order desk. Whether or not they make it at that location may depend on it.
