    Food was soso, daughter ordered a sweet tea. Got unsweet tea sent it back and they brought out another unsweet tea, how hard is it to get an order right?

    This particular Sonic seemed a bit on the slow-ish side and/or uncommunicative to me, nonetheless, my rating reflects my perspective on service quality, communication (B2C), care and attitude at the time of day and day of service (I cannot comment on the meal as it was not for me). Meal delivery ETA (whether the meal comes out sooner or a little later) would be much appreciated. Of course, this is a subjective review. It wasn't bad and the team got the job done; there is plenty room for improvement...! [Appreciate the "Response from the owner"]
