Service is usually really good and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, on this visit the cashier accidentally charged me for an extra drink. The supervisor that assisted me with the refund attempted to get me to use the funds for a dessert instead of a refund. If I wanted dessert, I would have asked for it!

This is a place that people who work here are kind n caring... Audrey (cashier) took the time to help me count my sons carbs due to him being a type 1 diabetic... she was not only patient and kind but with a caring heart help me with my sons food.... I’m a single mother of four kids and for her to help me was heartwarming n beautiful.... I would love to give this lady the recognition she deserves... saying thank you is not enough... this place should be proud to have a woman like her to be working for them.... THANK YOU AUDREY , and thank you chick-fil-a for hiring people who are kind, caring and understanding..... FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ...

This Chick Fil A was really on point. The restaurant was ultra clean. From the front door to the bathroom the place was spotless. The kitchen was clean too. Staff was very courteous and efficient. Took my order. I told them Fresh and hot. It was right the first time and man it was so hot and fresh that I couldn't eat it without letting it cool for a minute or two. This location has a playground for the children. So good place to bring the family after a baseball, or soccer game. Very good experience all around. Have a great night everyone.

There is a reason this restaurant chain is so popular this particular place is a great example of them carrying the corporate philosophy further. What's different at this chain versus most of the fast food restaurants is that these people project that you are a valuable customer.
